Debarment Jun 2011

The Debarment List was out last week, outside Notice Board of Staff Room.
Those who got debar, please see me on Wed 18 May, to apply for Appeal from the Debarment.

If Appeal Form is not complete and submit on Wed 18May,
you may not be able to take Exam for Jun 2011, then you will need to repeat.

Wed 18 May is the dead Line for applying for Appeal.

JAVA Phase Test

Java Phase Test will be conducted between

23rd May to 27th May 2011

Actual Date of Test will be disclose by next Friday.

Rule of Tests :

> No Communications/Talking/Discussion

> No ThumbDrive/No Internet Access/ No SoftCopy

> Only NetBeans Application running in PC. All other Application should be OFF including FACEBOOK/MSN/, etc

> In NetBeans, All Projects should be remove from Project Panels. Only Phase Test Projects should appear in the Netbean Project Panels.

> No HandPhone or other communication means is Allowed.

> Can Bring Notes/LabSheets And any other Printed Code....

* Those who Failed the Phase Test are required to retake the Phase Test

at the expense of MAX 50%.

Election Day (No Off day on Monday)

This Saturday, 7 May 2011 is the BIG Elections Day.
However, the following Monday on 9th May 2011 is not a OFF Day.

As such 9thMay 2011, Monday , School Lesson as per normal.
Please attend all lessons on Monday...

Jun Exam Debarment Exercise

The Corhort Debarment Exercise is in progess within the next 1 or 2 weeks.

Students with poor attendance and poor performance for the any
particular module will be identified by the System and Head
and will be listed out for debarment.

The Debarment result will be announced within the next 1 to 2 week.

Student that are put under Debarment will not be able to take EXAM
or assessment Test/Phase Test etc, for the module he/she is being debar.
