For those who are being debarred for either FYP or SAD or both, the Appeal Exercise is now open.
Please see me (sms me if cannot find me) by Today (latest tomorrow) to submit Appeal Letter for the DOS/CM/SH consideration.

If you not sure which module you are being debarred, please check back with me ASAP.

If you miss the Appeal Submission period this week, you will not be eligible for DEC 2012 Exam.

A) For SW2
    Good News,  No body from our Class got debar for S&W2 assessment. All Passed!

B) For FYP/SAD
For those whose attendance Rate for FYP/SAD falls below > 80%,  please be expected to be
debar from Exam or assessment for the Module.

Please look for me, I will advise you how you can appeal to DOS/CM for the debarment.

Clean and Green Singapore Schools' Carnival.

For the Clean and Green Singapore Schools' Carnival on the 7 & 8 Nov,  The volunteers from School of EIT will be helping out on 7th November 2012, 9am to 5pm.

Registration of guests and VIPs

· Ushers for VIPs and invited guests
· Packing and distribution of collaterals
· Food and refreshments
· Traffic marshalling
· Preschool activities (mascot performances, facilitating preschool activities)
· Assist in conducting workshops for visitors
· Guided tours of the carnival for visitors

Student Council Presidential Election - Vote for Our SEIT Students

Dear All,

The Student Council Presidential Election officially starts today and will end at 5.00 pm on Fri, 19 Oct 2012. The results of the election will be announced on 22 Oct 2012. All students can participate in the election of the next Student Council President by accessing the site, http://ceweb.ite.edu.sg/election and use their portal id and password to log in to vote.

Please kindly participate in the voting. 

Above is the posters that we have pasted throughout the college since last week to publicize the event. Today, at 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, the 3 SC Presidential Candidates will be holding their campaigns at the Event Hall @ Library . 1.45 pm: Gather at CE Tech Blk for bus pickup to CW.

Attendance will be marked at Tech Blk (staff-in-charge : Siew Siew & Hetti) before boarding as well as at CW Networking Lounge.

Bus arrangement is for 1-way only.  Students will make their own way home after the ceremony.

10 students have been highlighted in the file attached.  These are the 10 students who will be going on stage to receive the award.  So important to make sure that they turn up at the ceremony.  Some of them may be interviewed by the press at the ceremony.

Attire at the Ceremony:
Attire for the 10 students going on stage: Blazers ( students to meet staff in charge on 2 Oct 2012 for fitting), long sleeve white shirt, tie/cravat, black pants/skirt and black shoes.
Attire for all others: School uniform, dark coloured shoes.

Managing Change and Transition Workshop

The Health Promotion Board is offering the above workshop, to be conducted by trainers from the Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group. It is targeted at those who are graduating this Dec or next March, and could be useful in helping them to adjust to the changes they will face in the months to come.
