Volunteers for CGS Schools' Carnival

Clean and Green Singapore Schools' Carnival.

For the Clean and Green Singapore Schools' Carnival on the 7 & 8 Nov,  The volunteers from School of EIT will be helping out on 7th November 2012, 9am to 5pm.

Registration of guests and VIPs

· Ushers for VIPs and invited guests
· Packing and distribution of collaterals
· Food and refreshments
· Traffic marshalling
· Preschool activities (mascot performances, facilitating preschool activities)
· Assist in conducting workshops for visitors
· Guided tours of the carnival for visitors

The following nominated students would be awarded CIP, an event T-shirt and meals. NEA would brief the students
