You are required to go to TransitLink with a Photo to make the Card.

any of the following Transitlink Card Replacement Office to make
and get your card directly at :
- Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange
- Hougang Central Bus Interchange
- Jurong East Bus Interchange
- Pasir Ris Bus Interchange
- Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange
- Tiong Bahru MRT Station
